Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placement or until it is dispatched, whichever is earlier. A full refund will be processed.
After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been handed over to the courier partner.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Perishable Nature: Due to the nature of wood-pressed oils and food items, we do not accept returns for products where the seal is broken or the product has been used, as these cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
Damaged on Arrival: If the product (e.g., oil bottle) is leaking or damaged during transit, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery for return.
Requirement for Claim: To process a damage claim, an unboxing video or clear photographs of the damaged package and the invoice are mandatory.
Replacement/Exchange : For any replacement / exchange kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
If any replacement / exchange is approved the new item will get delivered within 3 – 5 working days from the date of approval to your registered address.
Refunds
If a refund is approved (due to damage or missing items), it will be processed and credited within 5–7 working days.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account, Credit Card, or Wallet).
